This Barrette began as a purse and somehow evolved into a hair adornment. I created this using bead embroidery with peyote off loom weaving technique .Leaf Barrette was chosen for the advertising Poster for the Art of Beadwork Sale sponsored by the Bead Society of Greater Chicago 2000.
